UI/UX Designer

Own the look and feel of DMdrop across the marketing site, the creator dashboard and the mobile automation builder.

What you’ll do

  • Design end-to-end flows for automations, storefronts, courses, bookings and billing.
  • Keep mobile and desktop experiences equally polished, not squeezed.
  • Extend our design system: tokens, components, states and motion.
  • Prototype in Figma and work with engineers until it ships pixel-right.
  • Use creator feedback and product data to improve onboarding and conversion.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio of shipped web or SaaS product design.
  • Strong visual craft and typography, plus solid UX thinking.
  • Fluent in Figma and design systems.
  • Comfortable designing for mobile-first, Instagram-native audiences.
  • Bonus: you can build in HTML/CSS or React.

Creator Outreach & Onboarding

Find creators who would love DMdrop, bring them in, and make sure their first automation goes live and starts earning.

What you’ll do

  • Reach out to Instagram creators, coaches and educators through DMs, email and calls.
  • Run onboarding: connect Instagram, set up the first automation and storefront.
  • Walk creators through plans, fees and the right setup for their audience.
  • Track outreach, activation and retention, and report what is working.
  • Share creator feedback with product and design every week.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus.
  • Experience in creator partnerships, sales, community or customer success.
  • You understand Instagram: reels, comments, DMs and creator workflows.
  • Persistent, friendly and organised with follow-ups.
  • Bonus: you have grown or managed a creator account yourself.
